2.80 Downgrader
1) Download and unzip 2.80 Downgrader (complete) (Jak_Master version)

2) Copy the PSP folder in the zip file you just downloaded to your memory stick. If you already have a PSP folder on your memory stick, either delete or rename the existing folder on your memory stick.
3) On your PSP, go to the PHOTO menu. Choose the MEMORY STICK submenu. Enter the folder HEN_280
4) If the PSP just froze, reboot and try step 3 again. Otherwise, you'll see a colored screen that can be one of two colors. If it is red, try step 3 again until you see a pale blue screen. If it is pale blue, everything worked successfully.
5) TA-082 or TA-086 owners: On your PSP, run the 2.80 idstorage changer program. This will patch your PSP so it can be downgraded. Do not proceed without completing this step if you have a TA-082 or TA-086 PSP
6) On your PSP, run the PSP Update ver X.YZ program. This will downgrade your PSP to firmware 1.50. While downgrading, make sure that the memory stick is not removed from your PSP and that the power to your PSP is not interrupted
6) Once finished, shutdown the psp and restart manually to 1.50
Erase the PSP folder from your memory stick

3.03 DOWNGRADER
1)Download and unzip 3.03 Downgrader (complete) (Jak_Master version)

2)Copy the PSP folder in the zip file you just downloaded to your memory stick. If you already have a PSP folder on your memory stick, either delete or rename the existing folder on your memory stick.
3) On your PSP, run an unpatched copy of GTA: Liberty City Stories. It will load a savegame, then the screen will go from black to blue, then the PSP will restart itself. This enables HEN, which is required to downgrade
4) On your PSP, run the PSP Update ver X.YZ program. This will downgrade your PSP to firmware 1.50. If you have a TA-082 PSP, this will automatically patch your motherboard. While downgrading, make sure that the memory stick is not removed from your PSP and that the power to your PSP is not interrupted
Once finished, shutdown the psp and restart manually to 1.50
Erase the PSP folder from your memory stick
